Introduction	I am a problem solver. It is what I do as Executive Director for a statewide health-based non-profit, in my work as the Missions Ministry Director for the church I attend and as a volunteer with non-profits throughout the nation.. Our state has many challenges: health care, education, good government. But all of these are fixable through the innovation of our citizens - just as we do in our non-profits which are making Oklahoma dramatically better. Non-profits are leading the way to sustainable solutions for Oklahoma's issues and I expect that we will only accelerate that improvement in the coming years.
