Introduction	I'm a farm girl at heart...called to serve the poor. I dreamed of ordinary...but fight for extraordinary. I had my life in a box, tied with a pretty bow...when the ribbon abruptly unraveled. Sometimes we have to fall to our knees before we realize what we were ever meant to do there. And so I prayed...perhaps really for the first time...flat on my face...I prayed. And He gently began to restore me. I followed a calling to Romania...to love the little orphans, but I never predicted a changed heart. I returned home with a new dream...a new fire...a new purpose...a new life. I left my career to pursue a step in faith that required wings. And every day since then...He is teaching me how to soar.
