| Introduction | Raised in the Methodist tradition, Fr. Doug Martin discerned a call to ordained ministry and was ordained an Anglican priest in 1999. In 2001, he and his wife entered into full communion with the Catholic Church. After several years of service in Catholic ministry, he was admitted to priestly formation under the Pastoral Provision, accepted into the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee, and ordained a Catholic priest in 2019 by Bishop William Wack, CSC. His journey into the Church has been featured on EWTN’s The Journey Home. He now serves as pastor of Saint Peter Catholic Church in Mary Esther, Florida. |
