| Introduction | This blog is simply a log of dinners that I make for my family. I have three finicky children who have a hard time eating vegetables. This is especially difficult for me since I used to be a vegetarian for 10 years and LOOOVE vegetables. I try to make my meals economical and simple. I enjoy cooking, especially if someone actually expresses appreciation for the food that I prepare... My husband loves pretty much everything that I cook which is great. I am hoping that others might get some inspiration from this blog and maybe get some appreciation in return from those that s/he cooks for. Buen provecho (as they say in Mexico). |
