| Introduction | As there is no place around here where good rye bread is sold, and also hardly a place to buy good white bread from, I had to start baking bread on my own. After having some trouble finding the right flours for baking, and after finding out about the tricks in the process I finally made it to bake bread that would make every German baker jealous.
