Location	The Road
Introduction	The need to provide for a family drove me from the relative security and modest remuneration of business writing to the chaos and sometimes more rewarding world of "field sales." Last year a layoff allowed me to take some graduate courses in literature. The experience of writing resulted in a rejuvenation of my cognitive faculties - a real occurrence, but difficult to describe. A former employer called me back to the road in June 2009. While I find satisfaction, freedom, and material reward in this capacity, I fear the loss of acuity (does anyone remember "Flowers for Algernon"?) Hence this blog.
