| Introduction | Hi! Welcome to my blog all about family, faith, and mental health. I am passionate about sharing real life in hopes of bringing peace and recognition to others and our daily battles. I struggle with anxiety and depression and have finally decided to do something about it, so starting in 2021 I’ll be going to a therapist and possibly going on medication. I wanted to share my journey to hopefully bring hope to someone in a similar situation. I am a young mom and wife living in Texas. We have a toddler son and baby girl.
