| Introduction | I am a beautiful, black woman with an opinion. Historically, plastic surgery was always associated with the white community but in the last 10-15 years, the paradigm has shifted. Now more than ever, the black community has sought to change, correct and/or modify their bodies. Some changes are subtle...some not so.
