Introduction A new mom, writer and Story Analyst with a serious decaf mocha habit, a UCLA MFA in Screenwriting (and the student loans to prove it), a love of Italian perfume and French soaps, mystery series books and TCM... who has J2 genealogical Haplogroup, won varous screenwriting awards, a sometimes screenwriting partner who would rather be writing novels, a beautiful baby, an athletic, precocious border collie who likes to open our front door for say, the TIVO installer, and a semi-functioning laptop... who's flown a small Cessna, lived in Manhattan, been published in the LA Times, worked with Emmy-winning comedy writers, read for Sundance, and spent a lifetime in the arts, starting with the Minneapolis theatre community at age 10. In other words: - a scribe. I'll sum it up this way: After getting my BA in English Lit & creative writing I went on a job interview. The comb-over took one look at my resume and said, "you majored in English, huh. You speak the language well!"
