Blankets and Cakes.....

Introduction	I'm a mother of two very busy young boys,the last few years have been very busy and crazy for us. I was a type 1 brittle diabetic,had 2 very large baby boys, my first was 10.8lbs, and my youngest was 12lbs 2 almost 3 weeks early. After my youngest was born I had open heart surgery and a lot of problems to go with that, everything was good for awhile and then I started to get sick again and my diabetes was out of control. I am now 1 year and 2 month out from my pancreas transplant and things are looking good. In my spare time I like to make cakes and am always lloking for a challenge, as well as cakes I have been making baby blankets,and learned how to crochet, finished my first baby blanket a few months ago and still working on my first adult one, for a great friend of mine.
