| Introduction | I grew up on a dairy farm in southern Minnesota. That's why I hate cows. I was a migrant worker for 8 years in the Pacific Northwest and I had to compete with the undocumented workers just to make a living. That's why I know I can work efficiently. I did my master's in anthropology and my thesis looked at the Neandertal/modern human interface in ancient Europe. Based on my research into the postcranial skeleton, Neandertals were not ancestral to modern humans. This has now been corroborated by genetics. Now I use my farm background, my efficiency, and my scientific background to grow sustainable vegetables and fruit. We eat good year-round. |
