| Introduction | My name is Berkeley Jeannette and I was born on December 18, 2005 to two wonderful parents Billy and Serita. My entrance into this world was anything but, uneventful! After a long 2 days of trying to come out I starting to get tired so my doctor had to take me out with a surgery call a c-section. About 15 minutes after I was born the doctor told my parents that I was extra special I was born with one extra chromosome Trisomy 21 or you may know it as being called Down syndrome. I also was born with some heart issues but, within the first year of life that all went away and I am heart disease free.
