| Introduction | Stepping Up Coaching was founded by Anna Krups based upon her work experience in training & development in multinational companies in Europe and Australia and her passion for the Equestrian Sport. Having achieved a Masters Degree in Adult Education, a certification as High Performance Coach & NLP Practitioner Anna combines a unique expertise and skill set of high quality psychological knowledge and in depth experience in the Equestrian Sport (current Dressage state champion NSW 2008, Novice). Anna has lived and studied in 3 continents (Europe, America & Australia) and has built strong intercultural skills and great understanding of different backgrounds and cultures through these experiences. |
