| Introduction | Hi, Welcome to my page. This is my blog spot whilst I train for the Ironman Triathlon in Lanzarote this May. Before then I have the Ironman 70.3 in South Africa this January. I will be running a sponsorship page which will be for Help for Heroes, so hopefully all will give generously. I guess like most age group athletes I get frustrated at never being able to train enough. Trying to train 15-20 hours a week plus a demanding job certainly keeps you busy! |
