| Introduction | Jodi is a stay-at-home mom who... Wait, scratch that. I'm writing the blog, why on earth would I use third person? I am a stay-at-home mom who loathes the term stay-at-home mom. At the age of 41, I jumped from a career as a photo editor in New York City to a mom in the suburbs. The change was illuminating, boring, fascinating and rewarding. To survive the transition, I armed myself with a food processor and happy/hapless family memories. So I decided to write about them. I've always enjoyed cooking, and babies and families can be kind of cool. Now that I have time to raise a kid in the kitchen, I'm writing about it. And my husband likes to grill. |
