| Introduction | I'm a wife and mother and a self taught artist. I love art…art of all kinds, but especially folk art. There is something so special about a piece that I know was made by hand. The thought of someone spending their precious time and energy focused only on this piece makes it come alive in my mind. When I can devote an entire day to my art, I’m in heaven! I love to work in all kinds of art mediums… painting, soft sculpture, felted wool, and clay. Fabric is definitely at the top of my list, though. Designing and creating unique primitive folk art dolls and gatherings is one of my favorite things to do. |
