Introduction	I am a parent in the BSD who has 2 kids in the public system who are both in schools that cater to both ends of the educational spectrum. I believe as parents we need to speak up and not only change things for our own kids but give a voice to those who have none. I've lived in other states and other countries and believe the DE education system can do so much better with the resources we could tap.
