El destino y mi imaginación, me han llevado a convertirme en una auténtica cocinera creativa del Siglo XXI, capaz de compaginar mi vida personal y profesional con esta dieta estricta sin morir en el intento. Tras asesorar a unos 50 pacientes con mi misma dieta durante más de 4 años, me he decidido a escribir este blog. Hello! My name is Elena. I am an ordinary young woman aged 42, living an ordinary life. But there is one thing that makes me different from the others: because of medical reasons, I must follow a very specific diet. It must be gluten-free, dairy-free and starch-free. Both Destiny and my imagination, have led me into becoming a creative cook of the XXI Century that achieves both a family life and her work while following this specific diet on a daily basis. After having coached more than 50 patients that had my same diet over 4 years, I've finally decided to start this blog. |
