| Introduction | I did gymnastics (from ages 6-19) and wrestling (from ages 12-19). I lettered 4 years at wrestling in college. My stats: 6’3 1/2" tall, 190 pounds, 30 inch waist, 13 1/2" shoe size, 5% bf. I’m a life-long exercise enthusiast. When I was 15 I participated in our wrestling team’s fundraiser. We wrestlers gathered pledges from family, neighbors, friends, and local businesses. We hit the gyms and YMCAs big time. We wrestlers did "A Day of Exercising"--shirtless. Money went toward new wrestling equipment and travel expenses. We each chose an event and sought to do as many reps as possible. I was the only wrestler to choose two events: pull-ups and then later bent knee situps. I did 173 pullups and 6,912 situps. When I was 17 I attempted the Guinness world record for unassisted bent knee situps and did 19,678 fucking situps until I learned a Guinness approved certifier needed to be there. Eight hours of consecutive situps (5 min rest/hour). Working abs is a passion and I’ve taken hard punches since I was 15 making money at parties taking punches. It was very easy money. But now I’m on a quest to find the other half of myself. Exploring religion and spirituality. |
