Introduction	I'm a mom of two little girls, Big A and Little A, who are 3 and 5. I've been on both sides of the mama fence - a part-time working mom, a full-time working mom, and then a stay at home mom for over a year after a lay-off. Now I'm back to work part-time. As I've jumped back and forth over the fence, I can't seem to decide where the grass is greener! I think the key is to bloom where you're planted. Working on it!
