Introduction	I enjoy reading, hiking, picnic's, kayaking, being tickled, and lazy Sundays. My fondest memories include my two children and my "partner in crime"! I love the work I do- especially the amazing therapeutic connections I have made with clients as we walk together in their journey towards healing. As a clinician I create a treatment plan that is based on the centrality of integration in the cultivation of well-being. This is beyond just eliminating the symptoms, this view defines health and offers practical steps to promote the integration at the heart of living a harmonious, creative, and meaningful life.
