| Favorite music | Classic Rock does it for me, terrible 80s music that is so awful it's good ('Africa' by Toto, anyone?), Classical music is the world's greatest art form, Jazz (ditto), stuff that sends shivers down my spine, Indie, Ambient, anything that took longer than 18 seconds to write, stuff with heart, emotion, interesting lyrics, stuff with horns, meaningful musicianship and stuff that doesn't just find words that rhyme with 'fuck' (this means you, rap). Here's what I have perpetually playing in my receptor holes (in alphabetical order cuz I'm reading off of iTunes as I type this): Arturo Sandoval, Bach (the famous one), Barenaked Ladies, The Beach Boys, The Beatles (my all-time favorite band), Bee Gees, Billy Joel, Bob Dylan, Bob Marley, Boston, Canadian Brass, Charles Mingus, Christina Aguilera (shutup, she's got soul and can sing her hot ass off), The Clash, Clifford Brown, Coldplay, The Cranberries, Creedence Clearwater Revival, David Bowie, Dire Straits, The Doors, The Eagles, Elton John, Eric Clapton, Evanescence (Amy Lee will be mine), Interpol, Jimi Hendrix, John Lennon, John Williams, Journey, Keane, The Killers, Led Zeppelin (oh baby), Maroon 5, Maynard Ferguson, Michael Jackson (pre-molestations), Mozart, Muse (my favorite current band), Nobuo Uematsu, Norah Jones, Outkast (the only acceptable rap), Ozzy, Paul Simon, Pearl Jam, Pink Floyd (shivers), Queen, Radiohead, Rafael Mendez, Ray Charles, Rolling Stones, Sarah McLachlan, Shakira, Sheryl Crow, Sigur Ros, Simon &; Garfunkel, Social Distortion, Steve Miller Band, Stevie Wonder is a goddamn genius, Sublime, Tom Petty &; the Heartbreakers, old U2 (the new stuff is trash), The Who.
