| Introduction | I am a husband, father of two wonderful children, son to my mother, friend, wanna be Zen Master, subscriber to the Paretto Principle. I am employed in the technology start up space (that's what pays the bills) and am a fitness buff and former meathead who has realized that functional fitness and quick intense wokrouts float my boat.
