| Introduction | I use this blog to share my articles, podcasts and inspiring and informative quotes. Most of the quotes are from other people and I don't regularly blog my own stuff apart from my articles and podcasts (articles usually 2 per month and podcasts more frequently). A broad understanding of some of the posts here will not register or resonate with young people. I place a lot of value on reading good books and I would encourage people to explore other sources of information of many of the people featured on this blog, so I don't share every inspiring quote I come across including some from my favourite spiritual teachers as a lot of their work is best left to be discovered in a wider variety of ways.
