Yogamamas - The Prenatal Experience through Yoga

Introduction	Linda Trumpfheller, E-RYT 500, CCH, PSS, HCHI, has worked with yoga students of all ages and experience for over 14 years through classes and workshops, including training other Yoga teachers in Pre and Post natal Yoga. Her Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training program, Yogamamas, will be offered in Orange County CA in late 2010. She is also certified as a Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis Instructor and Perinatal Support Specialist through Birth Wisdom. Linda continues to study and explore new techniques to help her students achieve their intended goals through Yoga. Now certified in Yin Yoga by Paul Grilley, his teachings in Yin Yoga have been a strong influence on her teaching style since 2005. She is also working towards certification in Yoga for Scoliosis with Elise Browning Miller.
