| Introduction | I am a personal Life Coach based in London and through one-on-one coaching I support clients as they increase their self awareness and develop understanding of their own life skills. Coaching is all about life balance and directional focus to the present. I found personal and professional fulfilment through coaching and I can contribute to your success through my own coaching practice. My passion is to foster people’s innate curiosity and use this to encourage them to discover themselves, their strengths and abilities and through this wonderful journey of self discovery create new personal resources to achieve their desired goals.
