Introduction	Welcome to my blog! My name is Christie and I am a self proclaimed food junkie. I am also a Registered Dietitian. I know, weird huh? You never thought a card carrying member of the "Food Police" brigade could be the owner of such an embattled civil war! Steak or tofu....Ice Cream or yogurt...what is good and what is not?! (STOP, don't pull your hair out...there are solutions!) Thanks for coming and welcome to my journey geared at cutting through the BS when it comes to health and nutrition. Because let's be honest. Life is too short to not eat ice cream.
