Introduction	I'm an auditor with a Big 4 firm by day, but an aspiring chef by night! I'm a girl of many passions, but I've found that my love for cooking is the one passion that has only grown stronger over time. I love eating, but what I really love is preparing food and watching people enjoy it - there's no better feeling! I started baking for family and friends in high school, but stopped when I left for college. During college, I started heavily watching the Food Network. Suddenly cooking seemed so approachable and fun - I couldn't wait to try it myself. I slowly started trying recipes, but with a college budget and busy schedule, I admit I made my fair share of box dinners. That's all changing, and I have my current job to thank for it. Being an auditor is exhausting and suffocating, and it's forced me to look for a creative outlet to keep myself sane. This led to the creation of my blog! The Happy Muffin is a photo-laden documentary of me discovering new recipes and discovering myself in the process. Thanks for coming along on this journey with me - enjoy!
