| Introduction | Last year, I went on a trip through Europe and, as exciting as it was, I couldn't enjoy it to the fullest because of my weight. The long walks and trying to keep the pace with the tour guide and the rest of the group, were almost impossible for me to tolerate. I felt embarassed and powerless. I was ashamed for not being healthy and not being able to function like everyone else. Right then, I thought that I needed a change. Eventhough, I didn't make my decision right after I came back from my trip, a few things that happened after that, made me decide to change my lifestyle once and for all. This blog is to document my new journey. The one that will take me back to myself, my real self. |
