I am also a mother, wife, writer, reader, nature-lover, and student of life. I am equally fascinated and amused by random minutia and large, sweeping patterns. I am rarely bored, and I am an unashamed optimist. I am convinced that we can manage the stress in our lives by applying knowledge and experience in a thoughtful, intentional way.
