| Introduction | I could tell you all the boring things about me, like I'm a Catholic wife of a great guy. That I'm a homeschooling mom of five very cool kiddos ages 2 - 15 and I love it and my husband and kids come first. That these kiddos often drive me crazy but mostly make me smile and laugh especially the older I get. But honestly, the important thing to know about me is this: I believe God is the Supreme Creator and it takes my breath away when I think about it; and God has given each of us a little slice of His creativity to use for His good pleasure. For me - I really get happy creating with fabric and textiles - be it sewing, quilting, knitting or some other flavor of the day. The colors, the patterns, the feelings they invoke, just speak to me. I really get happy when I'm able to inject creativity into my family life and homeschooling culture. I love beauty in all things, and yes, even in the material things like a cute purse or a pretty vase or a reprint of Van Gogh. I guess I see God's creativity reflected around me in, well, everything. Its part of my mission and purpose to add a little bit of this beauty to the world. So glad you could stop by! |
