Introduction	I have been vegetarian since August 2011 and am now officially a vegan. actually i am lieing - I am currently still a victim to sushi (the occassional peice of raw fish every now and then). maybe one day i will give fish up too, but i have not yet been convinced too other than being labeled an "official" vegan. discovering this whole new world of food, health and nutrition is such a pleasurable experience for me! i hope to share my food, cooking and health discoveries with my friends and family. enjoy!
