| Introduction | I am a stay at home mother of five children ranging in age from 4 to 12. They are the joy of my life. I grew up in Chicago Illinois and went off to college at BYU in Provo Utah which is where I met my eternal companion, Mike. We have been married for almost 15 years now and we are blissfully happy. I stay active helping with the kids schools and seem to be pretty busy all the time whether driving kids from one place to the next or cleaning up after them at home. I enjoy being a stay at home mom and am grateful everyday for Mike's great job that provides for the family so well as to allow me that opportunity. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and religion play a very big role in my life and has truly helped to mold me into the person I am today. |
| Interests | I love spending time with my children and my husband. I also enjoy reading, photography and digital scrapbooking. |
| Favorite movies | Movies...I love movies...too many to name in fact. I guess I will have to name a few. One of my all time favorite movies is LEgends of the Fall. I like Sweet Home Alabama, Sahara, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Ever AFter, all 3 Ocean's movies, all of the Harry Potter movies,Pride and Prejudice, Sense & Sensibility, Hairspray, and Count of Monte Christo to name a few. |
| Favorite books | I really liked the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon. Other favorites include classics like Pride & Prejudice, Sense & Sensibility,and Jane Eyre. I fell in love with the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer if you haven't read it you should. I also like Nicholas Sparks, Dan Brown, and Mary Higgins Clark. I loved the Harry Potter series. I also have enjoyed reading Gerald Lund's series The Work and the Glory as well as his Fire in the Covenant. Dean Hughes is another favorite and I have very much enjoyed his Historical Fiction Children of the Promise and Hearts of the Children series. I recently read The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger and liked it as well as Enchantment by Orson Scott Card. I liked Wicked by Gregory McGuire too.
