| Introduction | My name is Jesus & I want to share my experiences with ACL reconstruction surgery. I am going in for my second ACL surgery in 1 year. I want to share my experience and knowledge about the process before, after the surgery & the long road to recovery. I had my left knee acl reconstructed last year april 24th 2008 and now I tore my right knee acl june 7th 2009. From these two experinces I have learned the do's and dont's of treated a tore acl before and after the surgery. |
