Gender Female
Introduction I am a woman who always had dreams, but it took a while to blossom. Coming from a background of being “nice” and trying to meet everyone else’s needs, it has taken quite a long time to figure out what my needs are, let alone try to satisfy them. It is a learning process. The other day I laughed when it occurred to me that those old slogans I’d heard in “the rooms” (12-step-program meetings) are just as applicable now. “One step at a time, day by day, act as if, take what you need and leave the rest.” Two mottos to keep in mind: The sooner the better! Better late than never! Last year I put my story in book form: Diary of a Recovered Bulimic, available through Amazon.
