| Introduction | Hi! I'm Kasey, and I'm married to a mortician. I started this blog as a social media class project my senior year of college. I did write for a while, but after school let it go. I’m back and ready to write though! My wonderful husband's name is Holwell and we've been married for 4 years now. Holwell grew up in the funeral business and is a 4th generation funeral director and mortician. I am a marketing professional in Columbia, Mo and enjoy traditional working hours. Holwell's working hours are anything but traditional, or consistent...but it keeps us on our toes! Holwell and I make a great team and love working in our church as elementary children's church teachers. Although we don't have any kids of our own yet, we will have had plenty of practice! I am from a blended family of which I am the oldest of 11! I've pretty much known I was going to be a freakin' awesome mom since I was a kid ;). Holwell on the other hand has a single sister, so who knows how many we'll have. For now, our puppy Simba and a niece on the way is all we need to keep the baby itch at bay, haha. I am very excited to open up my life to you and hope you enjoy reading about our adventures! |
