Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
Flexibility - I deem it vastly more important to adapt to the universes' constant influx of change, and the demands this asks of all people and things, than to remain rigid in one's prior programming or construction, and be forced to add on to that which cannot evolve. That's a lot of weight to carry, my friend. Expandability is inherent in flexibility, but not the other way around.
