| Introduction | Hello! We're Vince, Shelly and Maddie from Ohio. We hope to be adopting a child from Ukraine this year and that's what this blog is all about, although we suspect we'll ramble on about other topics dear to us such as the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies and Flyers (Vince); Cleveland Browns (Shelly); Ohio State football (All); Hannah Montana and High School Musical (Maddie); Temple Basketball (Vince); Organic cooking/baking (Shelly); Bruce Springsteen, Van Morrison and Southside Johnny (Vince and Shelly); gardening (Vince, Shelly and Maddie!) our cat Mr. Jiggs; and whatever else pops into our heads. We're a pretty "normal" family, depending on how you define normal. Vince works in public relations, Shelly will soon start a business. Maddie will start kindergarten in August. We hope to travel to complete our family sometime this year. |
