| Introduction | If you’re like me, then you’re about to lose it if you see or hear one more advertisement or health specialist offer you a way to peel off those pounds, lose 10 pounds in 24 hours, or melt away the fat. And if you haven't already noticed, they're all basically saying…"You are fat! You are fat! You are fat!" In America, I've learned not to ask about health because no matter what, the answer starts with "You are fat." Unfortunately, this has become emblematic of the American Diet and the American Obsession. We’ve all heard it; America is a fat country. But the Healthy American does exist and we deserve to be recognized. I am here to Recognize. |
