About me

Introduction I am a wife and stay-at-home mom who is on a mission towards optimal health for my family. Through research, my husband and I have learned a whole new way of eating over the past 15 months. We are in the best shape we've been in years! By greatly reducing processed foods and incorporating more natural foods into our everyday lifestyle, we are looking much better and feeling pretty awesome! Some family and friends ask what we are eating, so I started this blog to share our recipes. I hope you enjoy!
