I have always loved creative writing but I have never thought about actually taking my writing seriously, until now. I write mostly dystopian fiction that flirts with fantasy or gets down and dirty with noir. I really want to be published, not to be famous or rich (although I wouldn't hate it) but to hold my finish book in my hands. To prove to my doubtful self that I can do it. I have no knowledge of how to become a published writer, nor am I skilled in the art of good spelling, grammar or punctuation thanks to dyslexia. I don't intend to let that stop me though. I have started this blog to encourage me write a little something as an escape, to put words to my thoughts when my creative juices need a kick start. |
