Introduction	As a multi-instrumental musician, composer and highly qualified Audio Engineer living in Manchester, Neil Spencer Bruce has been involved with audio, music and technology for the last 18 years. In particular Neil has a very strong background in Surround Sound and Psychoacoustics. Neil is currently involved on the fantastic Positive Soundscape Project at the University of Salford, leading to a PhD.
