| Introduction | I love art in all forms, from architecture to designing a gown for the female body. I come from a family of retail merchants in Mexico so I fell in love with the clothing industry and my desire of being a fashion designer was born. I went to fashion school in Mexico city for a year and then I had to move to Texas and then life happened. My dreams of becoming a fashion designer were put on hold for many years. I learned is never too late to follow your dreams . I am a graduate from The Art Institute of Las Vegas with a Bachelor degree in Fashion & Retail Management. During my school years at the Art Institute I participated in fashion shows as a designer, I volunteered for fashion shows as a dresser and interned as an event planner for Bridal Expo. One of my goals after graduation is to start my own bridal business with one dress at a time. |
