About me

Introduction	"The Flying Inn" is a novel by G.K. Chesterton. It is about a traveling inn that traipses through the English countryside escaping the forces of prohibition and government control. It was a monumental idea to my husband and I when we began our adventure together six years ago. Consisting of a signboard (The Old Ship) a barrel of Rum and a wheel of cheese, the Flying Inn stands for tradition and freedom. To us, the sign of the old ship represents our home and all we aspire to: faith, family, and freedom. These notes are meant to be a little journal of the silly, humble, happy things we do together.
