| Introduction | I am an ADHD mom of three, wife of one, and have a hard time defining myself outside of "wife" and "mom." Well, okay, I'm human, bossy, opinionated, a little arrogant, fat, smart, occasionaly funny, frequently untrendy, and sometimes less than compassionate. I have a low tolerance for rich people who whine about their lives, or for people who try to cheat at anything. I believe in personal responsibility, honor, and integrity. When the cashier gives you back change for a $50 and you only handed her a $20, you need to correct it, not look at it as a bonus. Taking extra ketchup packets, or straws, or napkins, from the fast-food joint is no better than stealing a lipstick from the drug store. A thief is a thief. |
| Interests | Law, Medicine, physics, cooking, gardening, fishing, reading, politics (it's a love/hate thing), learning.... |
| Favorite movies | I like everything, from Steel Magnolias, through Van Helsing, to Aliens, but I don't like, "anti-heroes," noir, or artsy stuff. I'll take entertainment over statements 9 times out of 10. Entertaining statements are great! |
| Favorite music | I'm a child of the 80's so most everything is great, but also enjoy, the Black Eyedpeas. I like a little of everything... Mozart, Michael W. Smith, Glenn Miller. Cyndi Lauper was the talent that Madonna tried to emulate with trashy vulgarities, and U2 made us think (still does). |
| Favorite books | Don't know that I have a single favorite book, but I like to read regency romance (Amanda Quick), and Bucky's Big Blue is pretty high on my list of favorites. |
Please describe how you could take the peel off an apple all in one go:
I'd boil the thing for a few minutes first, then dunk it in cold water and slip the skin off - no, wait...that's tomatoes.
