| Introduction | I spend most of my days studying science and working in a lab... and most of my evenings experimenting in the kitchen. I used to have a blog full of long posts about my hard and painful teenage life. Since I'm now in the remission phase of my depressive disorder... and also because I lack the time and energy to write anything else than lab reports, essays, and project proposals... I've decided to try something new... Apart from spending time with friends, watching TV series, and planning trips and vacations, the thing that brings me joy, pleasure and relaxation is baking and cooking, talking about food, thinking about food, and, of course, eating. I started this blog because I want to share my zest for cooking, recipes, culinary experiments and gastronomic adventures... |
