| Introduction | Give or take a few extraordinary experiences, I consider my life, thus far, to have been pretty "normal." Since graduating college in 2007 I have lost my voice- and I think that, for the most part, this has been out of fear. In sharing my journals, past and present, I am not only transcribing my adolescence but I am going back to who I was when I began writing. I was just a little girl who didn't care what anyone thought, and who wasn't afraid to share my feelings. As you will see in some of my entries, there were countless times when this backfired, but I love that fearless writer I used to be, so I am looking to find her again. Oh, and I was also a totally weird teenager, so let's just laugh at my misfortunes. |
