| Introduction | I was born in Northallerton, North Yorkshire on the 22nd September 1981 I finally got into running 9 years after leaving school it was the only sport I liked at school. Before I started I was overweight but since I have been running for the last 3 years I have lost some weight. I have never won any medals but I have won my first trophy in the second year of running which I was so proud of. I have done the Great North Run in 2008 and the London marathon in 2009 both for charity. I like doing road races and cross country and I keep on improving and hoping to take more time of last years race times |
