Introduction | I am an Artist who strongly believes that this is not a job but a lifestyle. I am constantly observing and making mental notes about color, structure, texture and relations between things. My work is simple and organic. A lot of comparisons can be drawn between my two passions: art-making and cooking. I start with a theme and let the creativity unfold from there. I cherish the simpler aspects of the process, like washing vegetables or priming a canvas. Process is the most important thing and be it cooking or art making, I never do it the same way twice. I blog whenever I can to share a little bit about my creative process, some art making, some recipes and of my writings. |
