| Introduction | I am addicted to physical fitness. I have fallen off the workout wagon many a time and always struggle to get back on. But isn't that what life is truly about? Trying and failing and then trying again? I am, right now, trying to get a handle on my weight. It is hard. It always seems like I am working so hard to keep it off, and I cannot afford to slip up. I love to cook and my true joy is seeing people enjoy what I cook. I love to travel and try the local food fare, fruits and markets and stores. I love to read, I can really get into a book that is well written. I find I now have the time to write about the things that interest me at that particular time of my life. I cannot say it'll be there forever. Nothing lasts that long. Let's see how far this takes us. |
